We had a wonderful experience with Lighthouse Exteriors. It took a while to get my walkway done due to weather but it was worth it to deal with the best. Across-the-board Josh, Eric and Ernesto were wonderful professionals to work with.

The customer service is by far the best I’ve seen in a long time. We had a few issues on the job due to the massive amounts of rain. My stress level was at an all time high. Richelle and Debbie reassured me that they would get everything resolved to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond. From start (quote) to the finish everyone I came in contact with down to the concrete guys was excellent. Whenever I’m out in the yard people always comment on how beautiful our porch is.

The sales team, project coordinating team, and construction/cement team were all communicative and fast to return calls/texts when we had questions. They communicated timelines, work done, and estimates as needed. We even found some additional work once the job had begun and was able to quickly quote us and start work on the additional work needed on that day. I highly recommend working with Lighthouse Exteriors. We plan on working with them again for another home project soon.
